Acute insomnia may not need for treatment. If it’s hard for you to do everyday activities because you’re tired, your doctor may prescribe sleeping pills for a short time. Don’t use over the counter sleeping pills for insomnia. They might have side effects.
For improvement in sleeping disorder naturally do regular exercises, yoga, meditation, morning & evening walk.
Avoid excessive use of tea, coffee before bed time.

4th or 5th dilutions of S1 (in chronic cases 100 th, 500 th dilution etc)
A3 ,F1 should be used. 10-15 pills of S1 before meals and 10-15 pills of S10 after meals. 10 pills of C5 should be used in the morning in one cup of water daily.
